Glen visited today on behalf of our window installers to carry out adjustments to the locking mechanism on one of our windows. He was polite and extremely professional and takes pride in his service - he was not prepared to leave until he got the mechanism just right. Thoroughly recommended.

Glen came to my home in Hemel Hempstead and fitted new hinges to a double glazed door. I can now use the door again after 2 months ! Very reasonable price and he is going to quote me on replacement glass for window and I have no doubt I will be using him

Had a mini emergency yesterday when my tenants couldn't secure the patio door closed. I found Glen on a Google search and asked if he could help. He was very busy but managed to fit the job in today. It was an unusual tilt and slide door and I thought he may have problems with it, but he managed to get it fixed, huge relief! Great communication, very professional and polite, I would highly recommend him to anyone and I'm very grateful.

We manage a block of flats where all the locks to the front doors needed replacing. We contacted Glen who provided us with a reasonable quote compared to other companies. He provided keys for all the tenants before changing all the locks. Glen is very friendly and above all is very honest. If he doesn't need to change something he will tell you that it can be repaired at a lower cost. I trust Glen and have also had my own windows checked and repaired by him.

Glen came to see me yesterday and completed a repair on a conservatory door that was not closing correctly he just about rebuilt the door taking the glass out and repacking it and the door works perfectly and feels a lot better than it ever did even when it was new.
